- Your Login PIN is deactivated at the time of your receipt of the PIN Mailer at the Branch
- You are required to activate this PIN by calling eBanking at 03-5516 9988

- After activating your PIN, enter your Login Name, User ID and PIN according to the PIN Mailer and click Login
- Your PIN status will indicate "Expired" and you will be prompted to perform a PIN change on your first login
- To change your PIN, enter the PIN as per your PIN Mailer and enter your new PIN twice. Click Confirm Change
- Re-enter your Login Name, User ID and new PIN. Click Login. Please use this new PIN for all future access

- After registering your T-PIN at the ATM kiosk, please enter your ATM card number and the 6-digit T-PIN that you created at the ATM.
- Once you are logged-on, you will be prompted to create your login name, submit your mother's maiden and password.
- Once you have successfully created your login name and password, you will be directed to the upgraded login screen. You may access the site using your login name and password.
